Early check-in (from 00:00 to 14:00):
is paid at 50% of the price stay active at the time of service per day depending on the room category. The service “early arrival” includes: accommodation, breakfast, medical consultation.
Late check out (12:00 to 00:00):
is paid 50% of the price of staying active at the time of service per day depending on the room category. The service “late departure” includes: accommodation, lunch and dinner.
In case of arrival later than the stated date, the amount of unused service by the guest is not compensated.
Upon check -in for less than one day the payment is made for the full day, hourly pay is not provided.
Deposit:
At settlement one must leave a deposit of 1000 UAH. Room for category “Single” and “Double”, 2000 UAH. for rooms category “Junior” , “Lux” and “Suite”. Deposit will be returned upon departure.
Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is charged only from persons over 18 years old in the amount of 17,30 UAH per day.
Parking:
Fenced parking – UAH 100.00 per day.
At the main entrance – UAH 400.00 per day.
Another area in the hotel and resort complex – UAH 100.00 per day.
Reimbursement:
With the loss of or damage to inventory Ltd. “HKK” Karpaty “, namely electronic card to unlock the doors in rooms, card issuance for towel in SPA-center and towel for SPA-center guest is liable in due course.
In case of the absence of a guest because of the passage of hospital treatment, or visit the tour, the money is not returned.

Payment:
Payment is made in national currency of Ukraine.
